Visualization, drawings and samples
Products are made exclusively per 2D technical drawings or 3D models delivered by the customer, or we produce them as per customer request, sample or specification.
At customer’s request, we additionally make 2D drawings before the production and professional 3D models for better experience of final product.
Also, before manufacturing larger quantities of products, it is possible to produce samples so the product can be tested.

We specialize in metal bending
Metal bending is a cold processing technology enabling construction of bent profiles and parts of various constructions, joints, mounts of electrical equipment, housings, nonstandard sheet metal parts and so on.
Bending is performed on various machines, and one of them is the modern CNC.
Our service of bending enables other companies not owning a bending technology to finalize their products.
Apart from having a good bending workshop, the key factor influencing the quality of bending is a good production infrastructure which includes adequately equipped space and qualified labour.
CNC bending enables fast processing of metal, but with high precision.

Welding
Welding is used as the most efficient method of joining metal – it is a technological procedure or joining method the result of which is sturdy, well joined, resistant metal connection.
Welding is in our company performed using three different techniques:
- REL – manual metal arc welding;
- TIG – tungsten inert gas welding; in protected gas atmosphere with unmeltable electrode;
- MIG/MAG – metal arc welding with gas.

It is hard to imagine production of metal constructions and parts without machining.

Machining is performed in two basic ways, within which there are several processing methods.
At our company, both ways are available, and the following methods are used:
- Processing by removing material – milling, turning, planning.
- Processing without removing material – compacting, punch pressing.
CNC machines used in machining enable fast and accurate production.. Ability to adjust various operations in one setting of the machine significantly reduces production time, and the quality of final product does not require additional finishing. Such technology enables production of large series in a short time frame.
Coating
Metal surface protection by color coating, metal plastification, all other methods of protecting metal surfaces from corrosion.
Plastification and color coating belong among surface processing methods enabling formation of required appearance of metal products, increasing their durability due to creation of protective surface layer preventing corrosion.
A great advantage is when you can expect a product to be produced and finalized in one place, when production of metal constructions and parts begins and ends at the same location.
Uninterrupted and short production chain reduces the price of production itself, because apart from basic construction of metal parts, it also offers the service of plastification and color coating in one place, warranting quality and excellence of processed products.
Plastification is a separate process of coating plastic powder to a metal surface that has been heated up to a certain degree.
Apart from being protected from corrosion, plastified surface becomes resilient to heat and abrasions.
